CHRISTIAN FORMATION

Sunday School Classes-Meet each Sunday from September thru May at 9:15 am. For all
ages.

COMMUNICATIONS

Committee-Publishes the E-pistle, our weekly newsletter, and the Herald, our monthly news magazine.

FELLOWSHIP

Committee–Meets 2-3 times a year to plan social events for our parish community.

Soup for the Soul-Social noon gathering for all members. Meets the third Wednesday of  February, April, October and December.

Shrine Mont-Weekend parish retreat in Virginia.

FINANCE

Committee-Meets monthly to track and manage parish finances.
Tellers-Count and record weekly offering on Sundays immediately after church.

MEMBER INCLUSION

Committee-Plans activities to incorporate new and established members. Contact Sharon Walsh @ 410-749-0426.

Greeters-Greet worshipers each Sunday morning before the service.

OUTREACH

Camp Agape-A week-long summer camp for children of incarcerated parents.

Joseph House Soup Kitchen-Prepares lunch once a month for the hungry.

Bakery-Bakes bread approximately every three weeks, to sell on Sunday mornings.

Lent/Advent Luncheons-Prepares and serves a meal of soup on Sundays after the 10:30 services during Lent and Advent. Sign up starts a week ahead of the season.

PROPERTY

Committee-Maintains church property.

WORSHIP

Committee-Plans worship services

Choir-Sings on Sundays through the academic year; rehearsals on Thursday evenings.

Altar Guild-Maintains altar linens and vessels, and prepares the altar for worship services.

Acolytes-Serve at the altar during worship services. Carry the cross and candles.

Ushers-Greet worshipers, hand out worship folders before services, and facilitate movements during communion.

Oblations/Coffee Hour-Present the oblations (the bread and the wine) at the altar; prepare and serve refreshments after Sunday worship services.

Eucharist Ministers/Lectors-Distribute Holy Communion during worship services and bring it to the home-bound as needed. Read the Bible lessons during worship services.

PASTORAL CARE

Disaster Preparedness-Plans and organizes members and property in case of disaster.

Food Wagon-Prepares meals for members in case of illness, new baby, or a death in the family.

Transportation-Provides rides to worship services or appointments for members as needed.
